What is Instant Prints or Event Photography?
Simply it is professional photography where our photos are available to your customers or clients within minutes of the picture being taken at your event. The photos are shot and printed on site at your event. The end result is a finished photograph NOT an ink jet or bubble jet print on “photo-paper”.
What will it cost me?
We run two basic business models
Model 1 - We attend your event for free and your customers or clients pay us directly for their prints.
Model 2 - You can pre-sell the prints as part of a gold or VIP ticket system. This can be done by either adding the print price to the face price of your tickets or a special photo ticket could be sold separately. This business model requires a 50% deposit 2 weeks before the event, with the balance payable at the close of photography.
Either of these two models costs you nothing as the price of the pictures is passed directly on to your event customers or clients. With business model two there is nothing to stop you agreeing a price with us and adding your own mark-up, effectively allowing you to make a profit of the deal.
What Price are the photos?
The answer to this question is directly affected by who is on the photograph. A picture is worth more if the celebrity is very popular. If your celebrity guest is at the level of David Beckham, Pele or Bruce Willis the photograph would be more highly priced than if it were with Frank Bruno, Jack Charlton or Ron Atkinson. We have found that a good price point for celebrities like Frank Bruno is £15. The end product is a 9in x 6in colour picture in a high quality strut mount and presented in a clear faced bag.

It gives your event an added value at no cost to you. It makes it more than dinner, a drink and the chance to see a celebrity speaker live. Your customers get the opportunity to stand next the celebrity they have come to see, have their picture taken with their hero and have him or her sign it for them on the night.
